05. 1. This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner places reliance on an order dated 8th November, 2019 passed by this Court in Arbitration Petition No.32 of 2018 treating a similar Clause 15.2 of the agreement as an arbitration clause. He stated that the said judgment has been stayed by the Supreme Court. This petition is accordingly adjourned to await the judgment of the Supreme Court.

3. It will be open to the learned counsel for the Petitioner to mention the matter for listing after the judgment of the Supreme Court.
