25. 1. In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Brahmani River Pellets Ltd. v. Kamachi Industries Ltd. (2020) 5 SCC 462, it will be open to the Petitioner to approach the concerned High Court having jurisdiction to entertain the application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

2. The present arbitration petition is accordingly disposed of.

3. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
