05. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical Mode).
Since the appellant has been convicted, inter alia, for the commission of offence under section 3(2)(V) of the SC & ST (POA) Act, in view of the provision under section 15-A(3) of the SC/ST (POA) Act, let an extra copy of the appeal memo along with impugned judgment and interim applications be served on the learned counsel for the State by tomorrow (05.03.2021), which will be sent to the Inspector in-charge, Badchana Police Station for its service on the informant in Badchana P.S. Case No. 146 of 2016 and it will be intimated to the informant that the matter is likely to be taken up on 26.08.2021 and if she so likes, she can engage an // 2 //
advocate to oppose the application for bail and if she desires, an advocate from the Legal Aid Panel can be engaged to oppose the prayer for bail. A written proof regarding service of notice be obtained from the informant.
