2. In view of the common judgment dated 7th June, 2021, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.13789 of 2019 (O.A.T. Bar Association, Cuttack v. Union of India) and batch, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

4. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
