Order No. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party to regularize his service in the post of any 66 vacant Group-D posts lying vacant in view of his long continuance of 25 years of service in DLR basis in view of covered case vide order dated 24.03.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.10309 of 2021, which referred judgment of a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court decided following the order/Judgment dated 16.07.2019 in W.P.(C) No.3921 of 2006, which relied upon the Supreme Court Judgments of Uma Devi (2006) 4 SCC 1 and M.L. Keshari, (2010) 9 SCC 247 with all service and financial benefits in view of poser of Speaker and the Secretary, Odisha Legislative Assembly vide order dated 26.09.1958 of the Government in Home Department.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party vide Annexure-9 and the same may be directed to be considered and disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures-6 & 7.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-9 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration Annexures-6 & 7 within a period of three months from the date of production of authenticated/certified copy this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
