Order No. 1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Mr. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by a judgment of this Court in W.A. No.509 of 2019 and the same is again confirmed in Supreme Court vide SLP(C) No. 3555-3604 of 2021. The said orders appended to the writ petition as Annexures-4 and 5 respectively.

3. Considering the limited request involved herein, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the President, Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack, opposite party No.1. to treat this writ petition as a representation at the instance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order taking into account the judicial development made in Annexures-4 and 5. The entire exercise shall be concluded within a period of one and half month from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. sks

4. With the above observation and direction the writ petition is disposed of.
