Order No. 1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Mr. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by a judgment of this Court in W.A. No.509 of 2019 and the same is again confirmed in Supreme Court vide SLP(C) No. 3555-3604 of 2021. The said orders appended to the writ petition as Annexures-5 and 6 respectively.

3. On the self same issue there appears the petitioner has made representation vide Annexure-7 is pending with the President, Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack, opposite party No.3. However, pendency of the representation on the self same issue, opposite party No.3 is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-7 and pass appropriate order taking into account the pleadings in the writ application as well as the judicial development made in Annexures-5 and 6. The entire exercise shall be concluded within a period of one and half sks month from the date of communication of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.

4. With the above observation and direction the writ petition is disposed of.
