Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department stated that this case has been disposed of vide order dated 11.09.2020 in view of judgment passed in Ritanjali Giri @ Paul v. State of Odisha (School & M.E. Deptt.), 2016 (I)ILR 1162, but inadvertently, he has filed compliance affidavit in this case. Therefore, he does not want to press the compliance affidavit.
In view of the above, the compliance affidavit filed by the learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education Department is not pressed.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
