10. 1. In view of the judgment dated 7th June, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.13789 of 2019, O.A.No.699(C) of 2019 will be registered as a writ petition in this Court and will be listed before the roster Bench in due course.

2. In that view of the matter, the impugned order of the O.A.T. in the above O.A. does not call for interference.

3. The writ petition is dismissed.

4. Likewise, O.A.No.2300(C) of 2018 and O.A.No.3046 (C) of 2018 will also be registered automatically and will be listed with the present writ petition arising to the above O.A.

5. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per Rules.
