02   07.04.2021            The matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.
                           Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
                           Against rejection of claim of the petitioner in terms of the
                  judgment rendered in the case of Radharani Samal v. State of
                  Odisha, 2017 (I) ILR CUT 546 vide order dated 12.12.2020 under
                  Annexure-3, which has been passed in pursuance of the order
                  dated 03.12.2020 in W.P.(C) No.28327 of 2020, the petitioners
                  have approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
                           Issue notice to the opposite parties.
                           Four extra copies of the writ petition be served on learned
                  Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department
                  appearing for opposite parties no.1 to 4 within three days enabling
                  him to obtain instructions or file counter affidavit.
                        As the restrictions due to COVID-19 situation are continuing,
                  learned counsel for the parties may utilize a soft copy of this order
                  available in the High Court's website or print out thereof at par
                  with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice
                  No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020.
