02 06.04.2021 This matter is taken up through video conferencing.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this contempt application for
non-compliance of judgment dated 20.12.2019 passed by this
Court in W.P.(C) No.26684 of 2019. Earlier the petitioner had
approached this Court by filing CONTC No.2816 of 2020,
which has been disposed of on 24.08.2020 allowing three
months time to comply with the order dated 20.12.2019. But
till date the said order has not been complied with.
Issue notice to the opposite parties by registered post
with A.D. fixing a short returnable date. Requisites for which
shall be filed within three days.
As the restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation are
continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize the soft
copy of this order available in the High Court's website or
print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner
prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March,
2020.
