Heard Mr. K.S. Kynjing, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr G. Syngkrem, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs. N.G. Shylla, learned senior GA for the respondent.

The State has no objection for condoning the delay.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, Crl.M.C. No. 27 of 2024 is allowed and the delay of 136 days is condoned.

Registry is directed to diarized the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
