Heard Mr. R. Pahsyntiew, learned counsel for the applicant, who has submitted that the applicant, while preferring the related appeal before this Court against the impugned judgment and order dated 07.11.2023 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, East Jaintia Hills District in Sessions Case No. 68 of 2021, a certified copy of the judgment and order could not be annexed thereto, for which this application is made with a prayer for

exemption from filing of the certified copy.

This Court, on perusal of the records, has noticed that copy of the said impugned judgment and order was already annexed with the memo of appeal, and as such, it is the considered view of this Court that certified copy of the same is not required. In view thereof, this application is accordingly dismissed and stands disposed of.
