                    JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL)

1. Mr. S.D.Upadhaya , learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

this case is covered by the judgment and order dated 05-04-2024, passed in

WP(C). No. 291 of 2023.

2. Dr. N.Mozika, learned DSGI assisted by Ms. A.Pradhan, learned

counsel for the respondents has also concurred the submission that the

matter stands covered.

3. Accordingly, in terms of the judgment and order dated 05-04-2024,

passed in WP(C). No. 291 of 2023, the respondents are directed to

examine the aspect of the payment of pay and allowances of the writ

petitioner for the period he served after the interim order was passed by

this Court, till the dismissal of WP(C). No. 101 of 2015 thereof.

4. Matter accordingly stands closed and disposed of.
