Present Mr. H.S. Paonam, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. A.

Arunkumar, Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Y.

Jinita, learned counsel along with Mr. Rajive R. Raj, learned counsel for the

petitioners and Mr. W. Darakeshwar, learned Sr. PCCG for the respondents.

Mr. H.S. Paonam, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, submits

that WP(C) No. 1104 of 2022 has become infructuous as the petitioner has

completed the work and the cause of the writ petition does not survive any

longer. It is prayed that the matter may be closed as infructuous.

Mr. W. Darakeshwar, learned Sr. PCCG for the respondents, submits

that this Court may pass an appropriate order.

In the circumstances, WP(C) No. 1104 of 2022 is closed as

infructuous.

Any interim order merges with the final order.

List the remaining matters on 05-05-2026.

Earlier interim order is extended till the next date.
