appellant through VC platform and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA

It has been submitted by the appellant that the Original

Suit No. 10 of 2021 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Sr.

Divn.), Imphal East has been fixed on 21-04-2026 for issue hearing.

In view of the above, a prayer has been made for listing

this case after disposal of the said civil suit.
