20-03-2026 Ms. L. Hestina Devi, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner and Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appeared for the respondents.

This matter has been listed today for referral to the Special Mediation Drive - Mediation 'For the Nation 2.0'.

It has been submitted that there is possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties through mediation proceedings.

In view of the submission made above, registry is directed to refer this matter to the appointed Mediator, Mediation Centre, High Court of Manipur, for exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement.

The petitioner and the respondents or any officer duly authorized by them in writing along with their respective counsel are to be present before the appointed Mediator on 17-04-2026 at 01:30 PM.

A copy of this order be furnished to both the counsel appearing for the parties through their WhatsApp/e-mail for doing the needful.
