[2] The petitioner is praying for re-evaluation of answer sheets of Anatomy Theory paper-I and paper-II for MBBS Phase-I Examination, 2025 (Supplementary).

[5] Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is for disposal in terms of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Ran Vijay Singh vs. State of U.P. reported as (2018) 2 SCC 357.
