HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AHANTHEM BIMOL SINGH

20.02.2026 Mr. Nongdamba, learned counsel appearing for the

respondents submitted that counter affidavit on behalf of the

respondents in connection with WP(C) No. 152 of 2025 and WP(C)

No. 160 of 2025 have been drafted and the same have been sent

for vetting. The learned counsel, accordingly, seeks two weeks'

time for filing the same.

Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel ; Mr. N. Bipin,

learned counsel and Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel;

Mr. Avishek Sahu, learned counsel appeared for the petitioners and

prayed for fixing a short date by submitting that the issue raised in

the present petition has already been decided by the Hon'ble

Page 1 Supreme Court and the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble

Supreme Court will cover these writ petitions.

In view of the submission made above, list these cases

again on 20-03-2026.

All the interim orders passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
