for the petitioners submitted that the issue raised in this writ

petition is squarely covered by the judgment and order dated

11.10.2022 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 721 of 2020 and

that the present petition can be disposed of by giving similar

reliefs.

Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the

respondents seeks 2(two) weeks' time to examine whether this writ

petition is covered by the said judgment and order or not and also

to get instruction from the authorities.
