[1] Ms. Chunthanlu Khumba, learned counsel for the applicant in

MC(WP(C)) No. 111 of 2026, made an oral prayer that in para 11 of the 1st

line of the application, instead of clause 5.6, it may be corrected as clause

5.7.

[2] Oral prayer is allowed. She is permitted to make necessary

correction in the case file.

[3] By the present application, the applicant prays for deleting as

respondent No. 4 in WP(C) No. 970 of 2025 and also prays for directing

BOSEM to return the earnest money deposited by L2/applicant.

[4]       Issue notice.

[5]       Mr. A. Jagjit, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of

respondent Nos. 1 & 2; Ms. Nikita M., learned counsel, accepts notice on

behalf of respondent No. 3 (L3); and Ms. Malemleima H., learned counsel

assisting Mr. H.S. Paonam, learned senior counsel, accepts notice on behalf

of respondent No. 4 (L1).

[6] Learned counsel for the respondents prays for two weeks' time for

filing reply to MC(WP(C)) No. 111 of 2026.

[7] Pleadings in the main petition shall be completed on or before the

next date.

[8] List these cases on 25-02-2026.
