Mr. S. Rupachandra, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. S. Sangita, learned counsel appeared on behalf of petitioner, Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appeared on behalf of respondents No. 1, 2 & 3 and Mr. S. Jasobanta, learned counsel appeared on behalf of respondent No. 4.

The learned GA appearing for the respondents No. 1-3 submitted that counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent No. 3 has already been filed and that no separate counter affidavit will be filed on behalf of the respondents No. 1 & 2 and that at the time of hearing of the present writ petition, the respondents No. 1 & 2 will rely on counter affidavit filed by respondent No. 3.

Mr. S. Jasobanta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 4 seeks 2 weeks' time to file a reply to the rejoinder filed by the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has no objection.
