Sundari, learned GA on behalf of the State respondents and Mr. Julius Riamei, learned counsel along with Ms. Jusrene Risom, learned counsel for some of the private respondent in W.P. (C) No. 51 of 2020 & W.P. (C) No. 1013 of 2019.
