Mr. N. Umakanta, learned Sr. counsel appearing for

the respondent no. 3 submitted that the petitioner has filed

another petition being WP(C) No. 194 of 2025 raising the same

issue in this petition and between same parties and that the said

writ petition has been directed to be listed on 09.03.2026. The

learned Sr. counsel accordingly prays for taking up these matters

on 09.03.2026 along with the said WP(C) No. 194 of 2025.

Mr. T. Rajendra, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Md.

Shakir Khan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

submitted that he has no objection. However, the learned sr.

counsel submitted that except for respondent no. 3, none of the

Page 1 other respondents have filed any objection to the application file by

the petitioner praying for amendment of the present writ petition.

In view of the submission made above, list these cases

again on 09.03.2026 on which date both the submission advance

by the learned Sr. counsel appearing for the parties will be

considered.
