-B E F O R E-
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AHANTHEM BIMOL SINGH
27.02.2026
Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the
respondents seeks 3 weeks' further time for filing counter affidavit.
This prayer is vehemently objected to by Syed Murtaza
Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
Be that as it may, as the counter affidavit on behalf of the
respondents is required for determining the issue raised in this writ
petition, 3 weeks' time as prayed for by the learned GA is granted.
List this case again on 16.04.2026.
It is made clear that no further time will be granted to the
respondents for filing counter affidavit after the next date.
JUDGE Sapana
