[1] Heard Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Malemleima, learned counsel for the petitioners. [2] This matter was taken up on 03.02.2026 and learned G.A. prayed for some time to take instruction. It is submitted that learned G.A. has received detailed comments and prays for some time for filing the same in the form of affidavit. [3] In the circumstances, issue notice. [4] Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned G.A. accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2. Hence, service is complete. [5] Learned G.A. prays for two weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.
