[1] Present Mr. L. Sevananda, learned counsel for the petitioner.

[2] Mr. H. Samarjit, learned PP assisted by Mr. W. Niranjit, learned Dy. GA on behalf of the State respondents submits that counter affidavit has been sent for vetting & signature and he may be able to file within 3(three) days.

[3] The learned counsel for the petitioner opposes the time seeking of filing counter affidavit by the State respondents as this matter is pending since, 21.04.2025 and cannot be proceeded without filing counter affidavit.

[4] One last opportunity is granted to the State respondents to file counter affidavit.
