[1] Heard Mr. Kh. Lupenjit, learned counsel for the petitioner.

[2] It is submitted that the petitioner opened an account bearing No. 100224565702 with Induslnd Bank, Singjamei Branch. However, on the complaint of respondent No. 2 i.e. Station House Officer/Officer-in-Charge, Manpada Police Station, Thane, Maharastra, the petitioner's account has been frozen for the disputed transaction of Rs. 6,000/- (Rupees six thousand). It is submitted that due to freezing of her account, she is not able to operate the same.

                  [4]            The petitioner is directed to take step to respondents by

speed post and file affidavit of proof of service. [5] The prayer for interim relief will be considered on the appearance on respondent No. 1.
