& 2 prays for taking up this matter in the next week as he did

not brought the records today through bonafide mistake.

Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned Sr. counsel appearing

for the petitioner submitted that present petition is squarely

covered by the judgment and order dated 24.04.2024 passed

by this Court in WP(C) No. 112 of 2019 which has been

subsequently upheld by a Division Bench of this Court and that

Page 1 the present writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the

aforesaid judgment and order.

This submission will be considered on the next date.

As prayed for by the learned GA, list this case again

on 06.10.2025.
