According to the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 states that Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has preferred an appeal in Special Leave Petition(Civil) Diary No(s). 10536 of 2024 against the order passed in RP No.9 of 2023 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court granted stay of the operation of the impugned Judgment and the appeal is still pending in the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In the light of the above, list the contempt petition after disposal of the SLP pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
