27.08.2025 Learned PP for the appellant, Mr. Athouba Khaidem and

learned counsel for the respondent/accused, Mr. Ch. Bimolchandra are

present before the Court physically. This appeal has been filed challenging

the judgment of acquittal from the charges under Sections 376 and 302 IPC,

rendered by the Court below.

Heard the arguments advanced by the learned PP for the

appellant, whereby the aforesaid learned PP referred to the judgment

inclusive of the evidence let in by the prosecution. These submission which

is made by learned PP is taken on record.

However, learned counsel for the respondent has to advance

his arguments in this matter.

Hence, this matter would be listed tomorrow, i.e., on
