10-04-2025 Mr. I. Denning, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 3 submitted that the issue raised in the present writ petition has been decided by the Hon'ble Apex Court by passing an order dated 13-02-2025 passed in Civil Appeal No. 9694 of 2024 as well as Civil Appeal No. 9695 of 2024 and that the present writ petitions can be disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court.

Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks one week's time to go through the said judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court and to take instruction from his client.
