[1] Present Mr. Th. Ibohal, learned senior counsel assisted

by Mr. LN. Ngamba, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shyam

Sharma, learned G.A. for the State respondent.

[2] It is submitted that the present case is regarding

termination of service without enquiry and the legality of such action is

pending before the Full Bench for approval of this Court and the

judgment is awaited.

[3] In the circumstances, list this case after the disposal of

the Full Bench case i.e. WA No. 18 of 2022.
