Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel, appears on behalf of the

applicant.

The present application has been instituted on behalf of the applicant,

AS Yanglung praying as follows :

"In the present facts and circumstances, it is humbly prayed that Your Lordship may be gracious enough to allow leave sought in present Misc. Application for filing an additional affidavit and to treat the Order dated 09-06-1960 passed in Misc. Case No. 72 of 1959 passed by the Court of the Deputy Commissioner, Manipur (Hill) (AT ANNEXURE -X/1); Judgment/ Order dated 03-02-1961 passed by the Court of Chief Commissioner: Manipur in CC Hill Revision Case No. 07 of 1960 (AT ANNEXURE-X/2); and Order dated 05- 06-1962 passed by the Court of Deputy Commissioner, Manipur in Hill Appeal Case No. 171 of 1952 (AT Page |2

ANNEXURE-X/3); as part and parcel of the present Writ Appeal being WA No. 13 of 2020 so as to render absolute justice."

Issue notice to the respondents.

Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel, accepts notice on behalf of

the respondent No. 1 and Mr. RK Umakanta, learned GA, accepts notice on behalf

of respondents No. 2-7 and fairly do not oppose to the limited relief prayed for in

the present application.

In view of the foregoing as well as the averments made in the

application, the same is allowed.

The application is allowed and disposed of.

The documents are directed to be taken on the record.
