Mr. I. Denning, learned counsel, appears on behalf of petitioner in the

contempt petition.

At request of Dr. RK Deepak, learned senior counsel appearing on

behalf of respondent No. 1 in the contempt petition, in order to enable him to

judgment & order dated 17.12.2019 passed in W.P. (C) No. 640 of 2015, the
