[2] Ms. Ranjeeta, learned counsel, submits that the present

case is covered by another judgment and order dated 27.06.2023

passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 88 of 2023.

[3] Ms. Ch. Sundari, learned G.A., submits that the fact of

the present case and the referred decided case are not similar.

[4] Ms. Ranjeeta, learned counsel, seeks some time to find

out the similarity between the two cases.
