[1] Present Mr. N. Zequeson, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned G.A. for the State; Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Kh. Nirmala, learned counsel; Mr. H.S. Paonam, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Lekhakumari, learned counsel; and Mr. S. Lokhendro, learned counsel for the private respondents. [2] Mr. N. Zequeson, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that this matter is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P. (C) No. 383 of 2016 and judgment and order dated 04.10.2023 passed by this Court in W.P. (C) No. 991 of 2021.

[3] Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned G.A., seeks some time to verify whether the said judgments covered the present case or not and is there any vacancy at the relevant time. 2(Two) weeks' time is granted to learned G.A. for this purpose.
