Mr. Serto T. Kom, learned counsel for the applicant, would inform

this Court that the learned Sessions Judge, Imphal West, pronounced the

judgment in Cril. Revision Case No. 13 of 2022 on 27.01.2023 and, therefore,

there is no necessity to put off the hearing of the main case till a longer date.

In that view of the matter, MC(Cril.Petn.) No. 3 of 2023 is ordered

and the hearing of CRIL.PETN. No. 27 of 2020 & MC(Cril.Petn.) No. 12 of 2020

is advanced from 20.02.2023 to 01.02.2023 (tomorrow).
