Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned G.A, appears on behalf of the applicants.

This is an application filed by the State of Manipur, praying as follows:-

"In the premises stated above, Your Lordships' may be graciously pleased to allow the applicant for filling accompanying writ appeal without certified copy of the Judgment & Order dated 22.08.2023 as the same has already been filed in Writ Appeal No. 53 of 2023 pending before this Hon'ble Court."

Mr. N. Zequeson, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, fairly

does not oppose the same.

In view of the circumstance that the certified copy has already been filed

in WA No. 53 of 2023, the relief prayed for in the present application is allowed.

The miscellaneous application is disposed of accordingly.
