Heard Mr. L. Seityandra, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner, Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned Government Advocate appearing for
respondents No. 1-4 and Mr. Ng. Somorjit, learned counsel appearing for
respondent No. 5.
The counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has
obtained an interim order from the District Judge, Imphal East staying the
operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 20.11.2019 passed by
the Court of Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Imphal East in the Original Suit No.
44 of 2017 and Original Suit No. 41 of 2016.
In view of the subsequent development, the learned counsel
submitted that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the present writ
petition with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised.
The counsel for the respondents has no objection.
In view of the submission made above, the present writ petition is
disposed of as being withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised.
