The counsel for the respondents submitted that in view of the effective statutory remedy available under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act for redressing the grievance of the petitioner, the present writ petition is not maintainable and in that regard, the learned counsel have cited the relevant Supreme Court Judgment and prayed for dismissing this writ petition as not maintainable.
Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be given a chance to go through the pleadings as well as the citation cited by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
In view of the submissions made above, let this case be listed again on 08-07-2022 for disposal.
