Heard W. Darakishwor, learned Sr. PCCG appearing for the

petitioner and Mr. K. Pradeep, learned counsel appearing for the

respondent.

It has been submitted at the Bar that the present case is squarely

covered by the judgment and order dated 18-1-2022 passed by this Court

in Crl.Rev.P. No. 19 of 2021 and the present case can be disposed of in

terms of the aforesaid judgment and order. In this regard, the learned

counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he may be allowed to

submit a copy of the said judgment and order by tomorrow and to take up

this matter on 21-1-2022. As prayed for, list this case again on 21-1-2022.
