Mr. K. Roshan, learned counsel for the appellant in both these appeals,

relied on judgments of the Supreme Court in support of his contention that the

suit before the Family Court was not maintainable in terms of Section 7 of the

Family Courts Act, 1984.

learned senior counsel, appearing for the respondent, seeks time to verify this
