Heard Mr. M. Devananda, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner, Mr. S. Samarjeet, learned senior panel counsel appearing for the

respondents No. 1 to 7 and Mr. A. Mohendro, learned counsel appearing for

the respondent No. 8.

It is submitted by Mr. M. Devananda that similar issue raised in the

present writ petition has been decided recently by this Court and that the

judgment and order passed in that case will be available after 3 (three) days.

The learned counsel accordingly made a prayer for taking up these matters in

the next week so as to enable the petitioner to produce a copy of the said

judgment and order.

As prayed for, list these cases again on 11.08.2022 for final

disposal.

It is made clear that no further adjournment will be allowed.

Earlier interim order shall continue till the next date.
