When the matter is taken up for consideration, it has been prayed by Ms. Tejpriya, learned Advocate on the ground that her senior Mr. Lenin Hijam, learned Addl.AG has to argue in the matter. It may be noted that on 25.10.2021, this Court has indicated that no further adjournment shall be granted in the matter. In the interest of justice, her prayer is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500/- as costs to the High Court Bar Assn. Manipur.
