When these matters are taken up for consideration, it has been

submitted by Shri Serto T. Kom, learned counsel appearing for respondent

No. 1 in the election petition that the judgment and order relating to

disqualification case has not yet been delivered by this Court to which Shri

A. Mohendro, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not

controverted that. Accordingly, list these matters on 9-4-2021 and it is

open to the parties to prepone the date of hearing in case judgment and

order is pronounced by this Court.
