                 a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating the impugned
                 order            passed     by      the       2nd       respondent           by     his     proceedings
                 No.Na.Ka.No.R4/16622/2024 dated 16.09.2025 and to quash the same and
                 consequently directing the respondents to transfer the petitioner from 1st
                 respondent to 2nd respondent Department and post as Warden in Government
                 Polytechnic College, Konam, Nagercoil, in pursuant to the No Objection
                 Certificate given by the 1st respondent.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is listed today under the caption
