                PRAYER
                This writ petition is preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
                seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate
                writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ to call for the records relating to
                the impugned order dated 09.03.2026 made in No.216/Tha.B.2/E.Ko.102/2026
                and           consequential           order           dated            09.03.2026             made      in
                No.216/Tha.B.2/E.Ko.102/2026 passed by the 4th respondent and quash the
                same as null and void and consequentially directing the respondents more
                particularly the 4th to 6th respondent to give permission and also give adequate
                police protection to the petitioner and its participants to conduct a procession on
                15.03.2026 (Sunday) between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm the Founder and President
                Shri.Arjun Sampath, leadership, starting from Chennai, Egmore, Rajarathinam
                Stadium via South Kuvam River road, Chitra Theatre to reach Langs Garden
                road etc. and to pass such further or other orders as this Hon’ble Court may
                deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
