this Court in W.P. No. 45110 of 2025 dated 19.11.2025 in G.Saroja Gajendran

Vs. The Commissioner, Corporation of Tambaram granting the same relief to

the petitioner to seek remission for the unenjoyed /unoccupied period, this writ

petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition

stands closed.
