These Writ Appeals have been filed to set aside the order dated
23.10.2019 made in W.P.Nos.11205, 11211, 11213, 11219, 11224, 11221,
11222, 11217, 11209, 11214, 11210, 11216, 11215, 11212 and 11207 of
2. Pending the Writ Appeals, the Management and the concerned
workmen have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves, whereby
they have received a sum of Rs.8 Lakhs as full and final settlement of all
their dues from the Management. They have also filed a joint compromise
memo dated 16.10.2025, the scanned pages of which reads as follows:
